Shopping paradise for a few shopaholics

I know,I know,I know...it's been ages since I wrote anything.Well,it was December, and I am so extremely busy doing loads of stuff...
And to imagine my STPM ended a month ago!
WOW!
Wonderful...

As most of you would know...I am a shopaholic.
And as a shopaholic...I have this...ummm...huge urge to shop!
If you get what I mean.

However,I am not the only shopaholic in the family!
My mom's sisters and herslef included...love to shop.
So you now know why I am such a shopaholic.
It is hereditory...hehe.Blame it on the genes people!

Anyway...I went to KL.
A shopping paradise for me...as if I don't shop enough here in Penang.

Firstly,we went to The Curve. The Bazaar there is a MUST VISIT!They sell so many nice and weird stuff there. Most of them a bargain-able and cheap and pretty!
And those of you who like to scrapbook, they have a lot of hand-made materials there too.
My mom and I were ohhh-ing and ahhh-ing.

We shopped, shopped and shopped until................................................ ...Tim dropped.
Misd you, that picture was takin in KLCC.After The Curve,we went to KLCC.
Thank God we were staying very near KLCC.So we could just walk there whenever we wanted...

And OOHHH,don't you think that dress is cute?I might make one for myself!

We went to The Pavillion also.
AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE IT THERE!!!!!!!!!!
Too bad we just went for like...3/4 of a day.

It is a very very nice place to shop....because:
1.You can't afford anything so you have no chioce but to just try them and put them back at the rack..in a way,you do not need to look at the price tag.
2.They have beautiful shoes...I really like 'Charles and Keith' and 'Zara' shoes. They make fashion statements.
3.It is not crowded. It is very nice to have minimum people shopping with loads of shops...which makes me make my 4th point.
4.There are A LOT of shops...
5.When there is a SALE...it is,very close to my definition of a shopping heaven!

AND OHHHH!!!
I am absolutely IN LOVE with their donuts!
In my opinion,it is much better than Dunkin Donuts which are too dense and they are cold most of the time, better than Big Apple donuts-which are too porous and feels like we are munching on air and way entirely too sweet for my liking.
J.Co donuts rocks!
And sooooooooooooo many flavours!

Soo...we bought one dozen donuts. It took us about 5 minutes to finush the donuts you see above.
My personal favourites were the one with rum and the one with almond nuts.

Oh man, thinking about it makes my mouth water.....LOL.

Ok,lets continue with the adventures of Rachel as a Shopaholic...Okay,that is my cousin Bryan and my brother Timothy messing up the bed.Come to think of it,they are the ones who hinder us to shop a little longer than we could.
Both my aunts,my mom and I....we are unstopable.Well, except when it came to meals...we would just prop in the food court and order stuff.

Okay..enough gibberish.Behold, the pretty Petronas Twin Towers.
I like it when it is lighted up at night. It looks very grand.
The shopping there is also very nice...because Isetan is there.
Why don't they have Isetan in Penang?????
The bakery is at the top floor in Suria KLCC so when you enter Isetan and go up the escalator, the smell of homemade baked cheese cake......OH MAN, I am describing food again.

I love food.

I love fattening food.

I love food.

Hehe.Family picture in KLCC.
You know what,I think the Christmas tree in KLCC is not nice this year.I love the one when thay had the purple balls on the tree.
I WAS SO BEAUTIFUL!
But...this time,it's just plain red and *yawns* boring.

Another picture back in the hotel...Just so you know,my family and I shop from around 10.30 am until 9.45 pm in the evening.Anybody want to join us next time.If we don't got back to the hotel with sore feet...we certainly didn't shop.
To make things worse...I WORE THE WRONG SHOE!

To put it all in a sentence...I feet had a hard time shopping. That is my other cousin, Abigail Ng.
Cute eh?
She might grow up to be another shopaholic. As it is,she does grocery shopping and picks what she likes to put in the trolley...she also picks clothes.
Sigh...
Must be genetic.

I am actually rather dissapoineted bacsue my trip to KL was a rather short one...I didn't get to shop in Bangsar Village and 1 Utama.I don't particularly like Mid Valley Megamall...so I don't mind missing that place.

What did we do?
On the last day,we went back to The Pavilion. My parents and aunts love it there too!Coach!
I like the bags they sell more than Louis Vuitton.
It's more colourful...and maybe because it is more me.LOOK JOSH!!!!!!!!!!!
Lola!!!!!!!!!
hehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehe....
I wonder who is Bimba though.

And also..if you didn't already know...
I HAVE THIS GREAT PASSION FOR SHOES!
It's like a drug or something...My mom and I shopping for...SHOES!
I had like..I don't know how many pairs of shoes to try...but unfortunately,my mom would only let me get one pair.

Shoes make me happy!

Going on shopping...That is Bryan trying on stuff...he might be a shopaholic too....

And oooo....by the time lunch time arrived..Check out the stuff we bought!
LOL
LOL
LOL
That was bought in a time span of...three to four hours.

I love shopping.
I want to shop again.
And OH!
I think I have a personal best for shopping.

I shopped the whole of IKEA in 15 minutes...I went it,I walked,I grabbed and I bought.

I could be a speed shopper and get everything in bargain prices...who could get really cute lights from IKEA for 9 bucks when you breeze walk the whole of IKEA.
Okay,I am boasting...
Connie,we should go out shopping sometime...since she is also another shopaholic...

I think she knows me inside and out...although we are definitely very different.
Oh Rach,I miss you.I still cry sometimes, please come back soon because it is rather impossible for me to get to Australia unless I win a trip to and fro from Melbourne.
The probability is like...almost zero!

Beach = Love

Have I told you how much I love the beach before?

Well,I absolutely love it.

So the day after my last paper for STPM...
Okay,I know this post is really really late..but...yeah..yeah...I am writing it now.I haven't had time to compose a post for my blog lately.I have been sooooo busy.

Anyway,Denise,Mel,Erica and I went to the beach to chill. After all,we needed the ocean breeze and I would love to feel the waves and the sand beneath my feet. It's a wonderful antidote for stress...

Oh how I love the beach...

It took us a very very long time for us to find the right beach...Denise just drove...and all of us were not sure which beach we were going to.I just need to get to a beach!

The picture above,that is Denise.

At last we got to a beach..and a very nice one too!

Erica and Melissa.

I love this place because there is a lot of shade and beautiful rocks...

ME!

Our trip to the beach is partly to take pictures..I think. So you will see a lot of pictures.

I LOVE THE BEACH!

From left:Rachel,Erica,Denise and Melissa.

The tide was coming in real fast...

We took a few jumping pictures...to show our happiness that STPM is finally over, and we do not ever have to go back to school...except Erica, she is going to take her PMR next year...

Denise jumps...

Mel jumps...

Erica jumps...
She looks like she is doing the 'I am a little teapot dance'...hehehe...

And I jump...

Enough jumping..time to chill and wait for Caline to finish her last paper...which was Econs...
She was going to drive from school after her paper to join us.

The poser is on a big rock...
Maybe that was how I got the sunburn...

And Caline arrives after a hard time looking for us at our secret hideout between the huge rocks.
Soon after, our stomachs were rumbling and we had to depart from the beach.

How I love the beach..I am going to own a house next to the beach next time...

I love the beach...

A few marriage rededications...

Its not just a marriage rededication...more like 7 marriage rededications.
It was very exciting...Jeremiah and Benedict before the ceremony started.I don't know why he is opening his mouth...Here are the girls...the oh-so-poised ones...
From left:Rachel,Cass,Abs and Rachel Lee.

It kept Abs and I in a lovey-dovey mood. But as you can see,the heart is a little 'cacat'

The sermon was quite long...hehe.
Whoopsie.
And most of us started getting restless. There were some pointers for guys on how to be good husbands but was any of the guys listening?
NO!
Of course not!

Abigail and I started doing nonsensical things like...testing our nervous system. We had several experiments like the knee experiment...oh you know...the one you hit the knee and your knee pops!

Okay...let us present the brides and their grooms...I need not type so much...

After the ceremony...
FOOD!
My stomach was rumbling and rumbling...Check out the long buffet line people! And look at what Tim Foo did in the AV room!A flower...pretty eh?
Since the line was so long, our hands grabbed for Californian Rolls instead. It was kinda tough to eat the seaweed part of the roll...as you can see...Abigail is demonstrating...And Jeremiah is picking his food...Just look at Javern's shrit. The green one inside I mean.We girls told him NOT to wear that. And we advised him again and again to take it off...but he just would not listen.
The boys think it is nice...
Seriously..
Sense of fashion-Nil
As we reached the end of the buffet line...Abigail and Cass takes pictures...
Oooo, and I love these little tarts! They are so yummy, especially the dragon fruit ones.
Yum yum yum!
Also,we found our favourite hideout in a place filled with SOOOO many people!Sitting with the musical instruments in Shalom Hall.It was a cosy place actually...away from too much noice.
Well, maybe not the drum set...Okay...this picture is kinda lost among the others...We took this straight after the ceremony. In PalmSprings,Cass,Abs,me,Daniel,Derrick and Joel.
The food was really nice.I still can remember the taste of the potato salad.
Goodness,I am only talking about food in this post.
Another thing I learnt...God must be intertwined in your marriage.
Yeah...
Yeah...
Yeah...
